Jacquelynn is a Registered Dietitian and General Manager with METZ Culinary Management at Aston Park Health Care Center. She has been with the organization since 2012 and has worked as a full-time registered dietitian and assistant manager prior to her current role. She began her career with Sodexo as a support dietitian where she assisted in many clinical nutrition departments including ICU, Pediatrics, Oncology, Cardiac, Orthopedics and Bariatrics. The exposure to a variety of specialties helped her hone in on her passion for food service management and geriatrics. Jacquelynn holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University and is a member of the American Dietetic Association and Food Service Management Dietetic Practice Group.
