Full Spectrum Care

Aston Park Health Care Center is fortunate to offer several levels of care on the
same campus and within the same facility.
A physician must determine the level of
care of each resident that is admitted to Aston Park Health Care Center. Upon
admission, each resident will be assigned a specific bed and unit according to
the needs of care specified by the physician.
Every effort will be made to
facilitate moves within the facility with ease for each resident if their
needs change and a level of care change is necessary. Staff rotates in
the various units in order to become oriented to all the residents in the
facility, but every attempt is made to keep consistency in staff on each
unit, as we see the importance of developing a trust and friendship between
residents and the employees who care for them.
